This campaign aims to provide maximum benefits to customers, including 12 months of free living, special interest rates as low as 0.7%, or installment payments of 3,000 baht per million baht borrowed*, with a maximum loan amount of 110%*. Together, they aim to offer exclusive benefits to new customers of 18 housing and condominium projects from CP LAND nationwide, with prices ranging from 1.2 to 4.4 million baht.


CP LAND's goal is to become the number one real estate leader in the region, following a 10-year business development plan (2023-2032). The 'Singto Nam Pro' campaign aims to instill confidence and provide maximum benefits to new customers from 18 housing and condominium projects of CP LAND, such as 12 months of free living, special interest rates as low as 0.7% or installment payments of 3,000 baht per million baht, a maximum loan amount of 110%* from partner banks, up to 10% discount on solar panel purchases from Solar D, 10% discount on moving services from Index Home Service, special discounts on customized furniture exclusively from Index Living Mall, up to 10,000 baht discount from vFIX, a leading team in home improvement, decoration, renovation, repair, and professional home problem-solving, unlimited emergency roadside assistance, and towing services from FIXX, as well as a 2,500 baht gift voucher from Fortune Hotel Group and discount codes from 7-11 Delivery. This collaborative strategy aims to penetrate new customer segments, including those with limited financial resources, to enhance sales opportunities in line with set targets. CP LAND also recognizes that this campaign can alleviate the burden of borrowing after the Monetary Policy Committee unanimously decided to raise the policy interest rate by 0.25% per annum from 2.00% to 2.25%, effective August 2, 2023. Mr. Damrongsak added that Mr. Santi Srichawla, CEO of Solar D Corporation, expressed full support for this campaign, aiming to help CP LAND homeowners and all Thais reduce their electricity bills by offering a 10% discount on solar panel purchases of 4kW or more and two units of Tesla Powerwall, reducing the price from 1.19 million baht to 1.1 million baht.
