"PEACE" Partners with "TOA" to Launch TOA Organic Care Paint in the "Cherene Krungthep Kreetha - Romklao" Project
"Peace and Living" is advancing the quality of housing by collaborating with TOA to use TOA Organic Care, a bio-based paint innovation that is safer with natural ingredients and environmentally friendly. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of life and safety for residents, starting with the "Cherene Krungthep Kreetha - Romklao" project, which features single-family homes under the new CHERENE brand of PEACE, designed to connect tranquility and provide time for life.

Mr. Sutthichai Poonlapthavee, Managing Director of Peace and Living Public Company Limited, or PEACE stated that the company is committed to enhancing the quality of life and creating a perfect living experience for residents. Currently, there is a growing interest in hygiene, which the company also prioritizes. Recently, they partnered with TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a leader in paint innovation and the number one paint brand in Thailand, to introduce the "TOA Organic Care" interior paint, the first and only safety-focused paint in Thailand, in the "Cherene Krungthep Kreetha - Romklao" project. This project features single-family homes designed in a Modern European architectural style, emphasizing connectivity for family relaxation, situated in a prime location along Romklao Road, close to major routes like Krungthep Kreetha for easy access to various destinations.

“Collaborating with TOA and choosing TOA Organic Care aligns with our key strategy to enhance the safety of our residents' living environments by selecting partners with sustainable development goals. This is in line with our business philosophy of ‘TRULY CONNECT WITH LIFE’. The strengths of TOA Organic Care match our goal of delivering true happiness in life through four aspects: 1. TRULY CONNECT WITH ORIGIN, connecting life with nature and green spaces within the project for enhanced relaxation, while also aiming to use construction materials that minimize environmental impact.
2. TRULY CONNECT WITH SELF, connecting residents' identities with detailed designs that create spaces of happiness for everyone to live in their own way. 3. TRULY CONNECT WITH LOVE, fostering family warmth through thoughtfully designed spaces that promote family activities, while ensuring materials are safe from VOCs, bacteria, viruses, etc. 4. TRULY CONNECT WITH COMMUNITY, fostering happiness within the project through a friendly, respectful society, contributing to a better quality community within the village as a microcosm of a larger society,” Mr. Sutthichai added.
Mr. Jaturapath Tangkarawakhun, Chief Executive Officer of TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or TOA also expressed, “We are very pleased to partner with Peace and Living to elevate the standards of housing that care for everyone in the home, ensuring happiness and better quality of life through innovative solutions that meet consumer needs with a Total Solution. This time, we are collaborating on the "Cherene Krungthep Kreetha - Romklao" project, which has chosen the new standard home paint innovation, "TOA Organic Care", an interior paint developed with the first and only bio-based technology in Thailand, certified by USDA from the United States. This paint uses plant-based components to replace petrochemical raw materials while maintaining excellent durability of the paint film. Importantly, it offers superior safety with 0% VOCs, allergen-free, and meets the Sensitive Choice standard from Australia. The paint film can help reduce formaldehyde in the air with Air Detoxify technology, meeting LEED V4.1 USA and green building standards, making it safe for all lives in the home. It is ideal for residences, hospitals, nurseries, elderly rooms, offices, and general homes that prioritize the health of residents, as well as projects aiming for green building standards like LEED and Well-Being.
This marks another product development by TOA that will enhance living quality, and we hope to incorporate new products into future developments of PEACE, following the concept of Inspire Better Living.”
