Mr. Somnuek Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited stated that the company's performance for the first half of 2023 showed a net profit of 120.16 million baht, with total revenue from operations amounting to 1,340.99 million baht, an increase of 23.06 million baht compared to the first half of 2022. Revenue from the sale of horizontal projects continues to grow, along with rental and service income, which has consistently increased to 27 million baht, up by 6.44 million baht or 31.05% from the first half of 2022. The highest growth was seen in the health rehabilitation and elderly care services, followed by the NC Regen Sport & Wellness Center.

In the second quarter of 2023, the company reported a net profit of 56.82 million baht, and its subsidiaries had total revenue from operations of 676.78 million baht, an increase of 20.90 million baht or 3.19% from the second quarter of 2022. The main revenue source was from sales amounting to 661.74 million baht, an increase of 18.23 million baht or 2.83% from the second quarter of 2022, primarily from the horizontal segment. Meanwhile, rental and service income increased by 2.32 million baht or 21.79% from the second quarter of 2022, led by significant growth in health rehabilitation and elderly care services, project management, and residential rental businesses, respectively.

Regarding the company's financial position, it has a D/E Ratio of 0.73, which is considered very low compared to others in the same industry. The total assets amount to 5,358.73 million baht, an increase of 249.55 million baht or 4.88% from the total assets at the end of 2022.

Mr. Somnuek further stated that the company is focused on launching new horizontal projects in 2023, with six projects valued at a total of 4,900 million baht, developing townhouses, duplexes, and single houses priced between 3-5 million baht, aligning with market demand for horizontal housing. The company is expanding its locations to cover four potential areas (Northern, Western, Southern, and Eastern zones of Bangkok and its vicinity), increasing housing production capacity with modern construction technology, and expanding its customer base in the horizontal housing market. N.C. is prepared to follow its plan in new potential markets, aiming for sales of 5,500 million baht and revenue recognition of 3,200 million baht for 2023, Mr. Somnuek concluded.
