Launching 124 Supalai housing projects nationwide, which is the real estate company with thelargest number of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly projects participating in the GSB Green Home Loan initiative. Selected projects are designed to suit the climate and location, considering wind direction, using construction materials that reduce heat transfer, or installing devices that harness solar energy to generate electricity, such as Solar Cells or Solar Rooftops. Special interest rates are offered, with a 0.05% reduction from the normal rates announced by the bank. This interest rate is available from today until October 15, 2023, with approvals and contract formalities to be completed by November 15, 2023.
