The company achieved sales of up to 39.501 billion baht, comprised of low-rise products worth 29.307 billion baht and condominiums, which have begun to show significant growth, worth 10.194 billion baht.

For the second half of the year, the company is preparing to launch 40 new projects with a total value of approximately 55.94 billion baht, including 19 townhome projects valued at 19.55 billion baht, 14 single-detached house projects valued at 24.75 billion baht, and 3 condominium projects valued at 8.3 billion baht, along with 4 projects in other provinces valued at 3.34 billion baht.

In the real estate development sector, the company continues to operate under the strategy DIVE DEEPER IN PROPERTY BUSINESS, focusing on deeper and more intensive work to maintain its leadership in residential real estate development through three main business groups: the condominium development group, the single-detached house development group, and the townhome development group. This year, the company will launch the highest value projects in the market, totaling 58 projects worth over 77 billion baht, resulting in over the second half of the year, AP will have more than 178 projects ready for sale in Bangkok and other provinces, valued at over 143.367 billion baht.
