CP Land Public Company Limited or CP LAND, one of Thailand's leading real estate developers, has announced the success of its campaign ‘CP LAND Presents Happiness Here and There’, which has delivered a caravan of joy through music across various CP LAND projects three times. This initiative has helped increase CP LAND's provincial real estate sales by 60% compared to the same period last year, resulting in revenue soaring to 800 million baht in the first half of the year. The company is set to continue this happiness caravan with a fourth mini-concert featuring the famous artist Singto Numchok at the Park Condo Dream Nakhon Ratchasima and Fortune Hotel Korat on July 1-2, 2023, followed by the fifth event with Pop Pongkul at Tuscany Minburi - Pracharuamjai 37 on September 2.

Mr. Damrongsak Thungnueng, Senior Director of Sales and Marketing Projects, After-Sales Service, and Customer Relations at CP Land Public Company Limited stated that the campaign ‘CP LAND Presents Happiness Here and There’ has successfully driven CP LAND's provincial real estate sales to grow by 60% compared to the same period in 2022, generating over 800 million baht in revenue within just the first half of the year. The target for 2023 is a total real estate revenue of 1.2 billion baht, and he believes that the remaining half of the year will exceed this target, marking a significant achievement for the campaign.

As a result of this ongoing campaign, CP LAND has successfully closed several projects. There are two room types available: Type A, sized 28 – 32 sq.m., and Type B, sized 35 – 40 sq.m., with special prices starting at 1.49 million baht.
