A 40-rai land plot on Thanarat Road in the heart of Khao Yai and 2. Approximately 9 rai on Sriracha-Nong Kho Road in the heart of Sriracha, with a total investment value of over 1.422 billion baht.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

For Khao Yai, the project will develop One Origin Khaoyai Well-Being City, a city that combines hotels, villas, and condominiums under the concept of <\/span><\/span>The Integrated Well-Being Residence and Hospitality Destination<\/span><\/strong>, integrating the natural beauty that Khao Yai is known for, masterful design, world-class service, and wellness programs that elevate well-being. ONE Origin will develop an upscale hotel on approximately 14 rai, consisting of 8 buildings with 191 rooms, ranging from standard rooms to villa-style accommodations. The hotel will feature seamless indoor and outdoor event spaces for meetings and outings focused on health enhancement, such as health recovery programs designed for each guest, ranging from 3 days to over a month, along with healthy food options, fitness assessments by experts, and a variety of relaxation and recovery activities like yoga, pilates, and ozone therapy, catering to couples, families, and friends seeking rejuvenation after the stresses of work and city life. Meanwhile, in Sriracha, the project will develop Siracha J-Park, with ONE Origin developing 8-story Japanese-style serviced apartments with 221 rooms, expected to partner with world-class service providers soon.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

In Khao Yai, on approximately 15 rai, there will be low-rise condominiums consisting of 12 buildings with 393 units, including 1-bedroom and 1-bedroom plus units ranging from approximately 35-60 square meters.
