For example, a 2-story townhouse with an area of 23.5 square wah in Pruksa Village 92, Lam Luk Ka District, Pathum Thani, is priced at 1.95 million baht, or a single-story house with an area of 63 square wah in Kud Kamint Village, Mueang Chaiyaphum District, Chaiyaphum, is available for just 500,000 baht.

Additionally, the bank offers a product “Loan for Purchasing NPA Properties for Sale by the Bank” with interest rates starting as low as for up to 24 months to support buyers of these properties (conditions apply as specified by the bank).
