Mr. Pawitporn Kanathananwong, Business Development Manager at Laemthong Enterprise stated that the overall office building market in the Aree area still shows good growth potential. The company conducted research and found that most developers in Aree prefer to build luxury condominium projects, while new office buildings are quite rare. Coupled with the company's expertise in the office rental business, this presents a business opportunity. Therefore, they decided to develop over 4 rai of land that the group has owned for more than 30 years into the 'Vanit Place Aree - Vanit Village' project, covering a total area of over 73,000 square meters with a total construction value of 2 billion baht. Currently, the rental rate for Vanit Place Aree is about 40%, with a target to achieve 100% occupancy by 2024.

On June 15, a grand opening event for the 'Vanit Place Aree - Vanit Village' building was held.
