Building on last year's success, we continue to share positive energy and provide learning opportunities for over 6,500 people, including graduates, youth, and the new generation. Importantly, it serves as a model for conferences in Thailand that are open to people with disabilities, with 240 participants last year.

This year, with AP Thailand Presents CREATIVE TALK CONFERENCE 2023 FESTIVAL – CTC2023 FESTIVAL, the company aims to be a driving force for societal growth by developing the potential of 'people' and providing future skills for employees, students, and graduates with disabilities, supporting everyone to have a good life that can be chosen by offering "special access tickets or
AP Angel Ticket 3-Day All Access" (valued at 5,000 THB) for 150 tickets for people with disabilities and 30 tickets for the general public interested in participating, allowing them to learn fully for 3 days from Thursday, June 22 to Saturday, June 24, 2023, at the BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center.

For people with disabilities interested in attending, the company collaborates with Vulcan Coalition Co., Ltd., a social enterprise organization, to support and care for people with disabilities interested in attending the event. The CTC2023 FESTIVAL is the only conference that accommodates people with disabilities, with sign language interpreters available on stage for accessibility for the hearing impaired, along with volunteers to assist all participants with disabilities to fully engage in the knowledge-sharing experience just like other attendees. A special session from AP titled "From Zero to Hero: Let’s Unlock Your Idea" will take place on Saturday, June 24, sharing the mindset of nurturing ideas from the beginning to growth through case studies from AP Thailand, a leader in the Thai real estate development business.
