The company plans to move forward into Q2/2023 with 3 new projects worth over 3.8 billion baht before launching a full-scale project rollout in the second half of the year.<\/strong><\/p>

Mr. Surin Sahachartphokanant, Chief Executive Officer of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), a developer of housing projects under the concept “CRAFT a life you love,” stated that in Q1/2023, the company has made significant progress in collaborating with 6 major landlords across various high-potential locations nationwide to jointly develop housing projects, including single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes in Bangkok, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, and Chonburi, totaling 8 projects worth over 7 billion baht.<\/strong><\/span>

“We have received positive feedback and support from the landlords after launching the Your Land to New Business<\/strong> model with a win-win proposal. All these collaborations will help build a strong foundation for us in four key areas: 1. It allows the company to access more high-potential land. 2. It enables the company to be ready to develop new projects immediately at the right time. 3. Mr. Surin further stated that <\/strong>during Q1/2023, the company launched a new project, Britania Malivanh, valued at 1.2 billion baht. Additionally, the company successfully sold out the Grand Britania Bangna Km. 12 project. For the company's performance, it achieved a presale of 2.545 billion baht and a total transfer value of over 1.394 billion baht, reflecting a growth of approximately 10% compared to the same period in 2022. The company also generated management fee income from joint ventures amounting to 358 million baht, with total revenue reaching 1.477 billion baht and a net profit of 329 million baht.<\/p>

In the first half of 2023, the company will focus on strengthening its long-term foundation, which includes:<\/p>

In the second half of the year, the company plans to launch a total of 16 new projects nationwide, and it is expected that the overall performance for the year will remain on target.
