Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) has announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2023 (January 1, 2023 - March 31, 2023), reporting a net profit of 510 million baht and total revenue of 4,787 million baht, reflecting an increase of over 29%.

Mr. Kampon Poonsonni, the CEO of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV), stated that the total revenue of 4,787 million baht was derived from various sectors: 2,755 million baht from energy investments, accounting for 57% of total revenue; 187 million baht from commercial refrigeration investments, representing 4%; 290 million baht from consulting and construction management services, making up 6%; 409 million baht from real estate development, contributing 9%; and 1,146 million baht from industrial and other investments, which is 24% of total revenue. The normal operating profit, after deducting the fair value measurement of joint ventures, was 88 million baht.

“After restructuring our business operations and investments across the energy, industrial, and real estate sectors, we aimed to achieve a balanced revenue recognition from both real estate project development for sale and consistent income from potential recurring investments. In the past quarter, we also increased our stake in Stonehenge Inter Public Company Limited (STI), which shows promising growth in consulting and construction management services, providing a steady return on investment. This allows us to recognize revenue and profits from STI's operations in our consolidated financial statements,” Mr. Kampon added.
