SCBAM, the provider of digital token offering systems in Thailand (ICO Portal), is preparing to offer digital tokens for investment, “Digital Tokens”, which are Condo-Backed Tokens under the name “RealX” (RealX Investment Token).

Currently, it has been approved by the SEC and is in the process of preparing to offer up to 19,230,769 RealX digital tokens at a price of 182 baht per token, with a total value of no more than 3.5 billion baht, for a project duration of 10 years to invest in the RSTA (Revenue Sale and Transfer Agreement).

Holders of RealX digital tokens will receive investment returns in two parts:

  • Quarterly returns from the net rental income of all three condo projects that serve as reference assets for 10 years from the start of the project. In years 1-5, Park Luxury Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), will guarantee the net income of the project at 4%, 4.25%, 4.50%, 4.75%, and 5% per year of the digital token offering value, respectively.
  • Quarterly returns from the gradual sale of condos in all three projects in years 6-10 (including the case of project extension), combined with quarterly returns from net rental income.

All three condominium projects have been assessed as reliable luxury projects located in potential areas and suitable for long-term investment. Retail investors can invest in RealX digital tokens for no more than 300,000 baht each. Interested parties can follow the transactions in mid-June, with actual trading starting in early July 2023.
