CP LAND Public Company Limited, or CP LAND has announced the appointment of Mr. Kirati Stasook, previously the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This move aims to transform CP LAND into a new era and a refreshed image after over 40 years in business, with a goal to elevate revenue to 2.5 billion baht in 2023, aspiring to become a comprehensive real estate leader under the concept of ‘Accessible Communities for Life – Quality for All Lives’.

Before joining CP LAND, Mr. Kirati Stasook was a professor and expert with over 25 years of experience in business and real estate development. He previously held positions as the head of the Department of Real Estate Development Innovation (Master's degree) and the head of the Department of Architectural Design for Real Estate (Bachelor's degree) at the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University, as well as a guest lecturer at leading universities in the country, including the MBA program at Thammasat University, the architecture program at Chulalongkorn University, the architecture program at Silpakorn University, and the architecture program at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. He has also held senior management positions and served as a consultant for leading real estate organizations.

The overall business operations of CP LAND have seen positive and exciting changes over the past six months since I took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer. I set a goal to bring about even better changes, and with the dedication of all CP LAND employees, our total revenue for 2022 grew by 42%, returning to a revenue level of 1.7 billion baht. For 2023, CP LAND has set a challenging target, introducing new ways of thinking and new working methods to help propel our revenue to 2.5 billion baht, representing a 47% increase compared to 2022, and I believe we will see significant growth every year.

Mr. Kirati Stasook holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Chulalongkorn University and a Master's degree in Land Development from Texas A&M University (TAMU) in the United States, as well as an advanced professional certificate in Building Resource Management from TAMU.
