29 Years of Nawarang: Customer Appreciation Event Unveils New Ultra-Luxury Project on Lang Suan Road
Nawaran celebrates its 29th anniversary by inviting loyal customers to a warm appreciation event. The executives emphasized the concept of being a “Boutique Developer,” focusing on creating a joyful living experience, or “Living Experience,” through meticulous attention to detail. Guests were impressed by the warm welcome and the history of Lang Suan Road, one of Bangkok's most promising CBD areas. The CEO revealed that this year, they are preparing to launch an ultra-luxury project on this road.

At the event, Mr. Apiphun Phromyothi, CEO of Nawarang Asset Co., Ltd., spoke about the company's success as a result of their commitment to providing superior living experiences for residents, having accumulated knowledge in real estate development over 29 years. Today, Nawarang Asset offers both high-rise and low-rise projects to meet diverse living needs.
“In 2015, I and Mr. Ongkarit took over and established Nawarang Asset Co., Ltd. with the aim of engaging in real estate business. We focus on three core philosophies in product development: privacy, luxury, and quality, to present the best products. We define our company as a ‘Boutique Developer’ that emphasizes detail in every aspect to best meet the living needs of residents across all generations,” said Mr. Apiphun.

Meanwhile, Mr. Ongkarit Phromyothi, COO of Nawarang Asset Co., Ltd., discussed the core design philosophy of Nawarang Asset, which is based on the concept of ‘Timeless.’ This is because living is not a trend but something that lasts for many generations.
“We create architecture that holds value in every era while also studying trends in living preferences and technology. We must also look ahead to future societal changes, such as the aging population in Thailand, declining birth rates, and environmental issues. These factors challenge our design, yet we are confident that Nawarang Asset can ensure that all our projects provide truly joyful living experiences for residents,” Mr. Ongkarit explained.

Historically, Lang Suan Road was just a small alley connecting to Lumpini Park, a large urban park commissioned by King Rama VI to host international exhibitions or expos, but he passed away before it could happen. During the reign of King Rama VII, the king graciously canceled the events and designated it as a public park for Bangkok. This small alley became known as the alley behind Lumpini Park, later shortened to Lang Suan, which is now recognized as one of the most valuable and interesting roads in Bangkok's CBD. It connects to Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, and Witthayu Roads, and is close to leading shopping malls, hospitals, embassies, etc. This year, Nawarang Asset plans to launch an ultra-luxury residential project on this road, following the success of their low-rise condominium, Nawara Residence, on Lang Suan Road, which sold out within half a day a few years ago.
