This collaboration helped achieve a remarkable performance in 2022, with sales/revenue exceeding 1 billion baht. The company is set to launch 4 new projects valued at over 3.3 billion baht, expanding from Nonthaburi to new locations in Bangna, aiming to broaden its customer base and develop products that cater to all market segments. The target for this year's sales/revenue growth is approximately 30%, with plans to diversify into new business areas such as living solutions and wellness, addressing the demand for sustainable living.

Mr. Sutthirak Sethiwan, CEO of Thanasiri Group Public Company Limited (THANA), a real estate developer listed on the MAI Stock Exchange, shared insights into the company's business direction, emphasizing its commitment to sustainable living growth.

Last year, the company experienced significant numerical growth, focusing on balanced growth strategies that prioritize livability and sustainability. This includes ongoing project development in collaboration with various partners and business expansion, particularly in Living Solutions that genuinely address the needs of residents, and Wellness businesses that align with new trends, especially in health care, reflecting consumer behavior and market conditions. This approach aims to create business opportunities that can increase revenue and promote sustainable growth. At the same time, the company remains committed to developing projects that provide living experiences that go beyond mere functionality, offering homes that reflect the identity of the residents, striving to deliver homes and a “livable community” suitable for all ages.

Mr. Jarun Kasorn, Chief Operating Officer of Thanasiri Group Public Company Limited (THANA), added that the factors contributing to the numerical growth of sales and revenue meeting targets stem from the implementation of the THANA GREEN strategy, which emphasizes value and quality in every project developed for living and lifestyle in a sharing society, as well as environmental care, reflecting the core philosophy of doing business that focuses not only on numbers but also on the value of living through Total Green Real Estate Development – Service.

The success achieved is reflected in the growth of both sales and revenue, with the company achieving sales of 1.422 billion baht in 2022, while revenue met the target of 1.024 billion baht, and net profit efficiency exceeding 12%, three times higher than the previous year.

In 2023, the company aims for revenue growth of approximately 30% from the previous year, with a sales target of 1.8 billion baht and a revenue target of 1.3 billion baht. Currently, the company has 5 projects under development and sale, with a total value of over 2 billion baht and a backlog of 198 million baht (as of December 2022).

Regarding the investment plan for residential project development in 2023, it was stated that the focus will remain on horizontal housing types such as single houses, twin houses, and townhouses. Initially, there are plans to launch 4 new projects with a total value of 3.3 billion baht. These new projects will not only be located in Nonthaburi but will also expand to other potential locations with real demand for housing, particularly in the Bangna area, aiming to broaden the customer base and develop products that cover all segments, aligning with the growth plan for the next three years at 30% per year, including the development of residential condominium projects to support revenue growth plans targeting new-generation middle to lower-income workers seeking their first homes.

The new projects launching in 2023 are:

  • Thana Village Wongwaen – Pinklao Grand Opening on March 18, 2023.

  • Thana Residence Borom Ratchachonnai-Pinklao is a single house project valued at 890 million baht, comprising 52 units on 23 rai, with an average price of 17 million baht, launching in Q2 2023.

  • Thana Village Bangna - Bangbo is a joint venture project with Anabuki Kosan in the form of townhomes/duplexes, valued at 1.01 billion baht, covering 38-0-65 rai with 345 units, launching in Q2 2023, with average prices starting at 2.9 million baht.

  • Residential condominium project in a central location, focusing on real demand, small-scale projects.
