Nirvana Daii has announced its business plan for 2023, moving forward with the launch of the largest number of new residential projects in history, totaling 9 projects in Bangkok, valued at over 21.1 billion baht. The company continues to focus on the upper-end housing market while introducing a new brand to meet the diverse needs across all segments. It is confident that 2023 will be a significant year of growth, targeting sales of 8.5 billion baht.

Mr. Sorasak Somwattana, CEO of Nirvana Daii Public Company Limited or NVD, revealed the direction of the business for 2023, stating that the company plans to fully expand its real estate business after completing its organizational restructuring over the past two years. This year, the company has allocated a budget of 4.37 billion baht to launch new residential projects, including single houses, townhomes, and condominiums, totaling 9 projects valued at over 21.1 billion baht, marking the highest number of new projects in the company's history. The new projects will primarily target the upper-end market, and the company is also set to introduce new brands for both horizontal and vertical developments to meet the housing demands in each segment.

“2023 will be the year that Nirvana reaps the benefits of our preparations for business operations in all aspects and investments in new land purchases over the past two years. We are confident in the upper-end housing market, which continues to show strong demand and growth potential post-COVID. We are ready to launch a total of 9 new projects, aiming for total sales of 8.5 billion baht, which represents a remarkable growth of over 160% from the previous year, and revenue of 4.5 billion baht, an increase of 75%,” said Mr. Sorasak.

The 9 new residential projects, valued at over 21.1 billion baht, include:

  • 3 single house projects
  • 1 townhome project
  • 3 home office projects
  • 2 condominium projects

These projects are in the luxury segment and will feature brands that cater to the diverse needs of homebuyers across various segments, including:

  • Super Luxury
  • Modern Luxury
  • Modern High-end
  • Affordable Modern High-end

Mr. Sorasak further stated that Nirvana continues to focus on developing residential projects in the Krungthep Kreetha area, as it is a prime location for upper-end housing with significant growth potential, often referred to as the "Beverly Hills of Bangkok." This area offers excellent connectivity to major roads leading into central Bangkok through various routes, such as the Rama 9 expressway for access to the yellow line rail network and the Airport Rail Link. Additionally, it is well-connected to the outer ring road and motorways for quick travel to other zones. It is also close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, international schools, hospitals, leading shopping malls, and other amenities.

The company owns over 200 rai of land in the Krungthep Kreetha area within the Nirvana Township project, which includes ultra-luxury residential projects, high-end residences, and premium home offices, along with a lifestyle mall featuring a supermarket, high-end shops, and various amenities in front of the project to provide the most complete living experience in Nirvana Township.

Last year, Nirvana emphasized reform in various aspects, including developing new products to better meet the needs of homebuyers and acquiring new land for future project development. The company reported total revenue of 2.569 billion baht and total sales of 3.26 billion baht in 2022, with 87% of sales coming from horizontal housing and 13% from condominiums. It launched 2 new projects:

  • Nirvana Define Ekkamai-Ramintra, which achieved total sales of 720 million baht within just 2 weeks.
