Supalai Parkville Pracha Uthit-Suksawat Guarantees Energy-Efficient Homes with Energy Label No. 5
Supalai Public Company Limited, a strong leader in real estate, has submitted house designs to participate in the Energy Label No. 5 project by the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT). The selection criteria are based on housing and building projects designed and constructed with energy efficiency in mind, utilizing materials and electrical equipment that help reduce energy consumption. The project Supalai Parkville Pracha Uthit-Suksawat features a new house design in the TROPICAL MODERN SERIES, which has received the award for Energy Label No. 5 after passing the selection criteria for all house designs in the project. There are a total of 7 house designs, including Supakrit, Supakarn, Supachitra, Supharada, Supharat, Supharith, and Supharithai, all of which are energy-efficient homes designed to harness natural light and airflow, use environmentally friendly materials, and incorporate electrical appliances with Energy Label No. 5, significantly reducing the living expenses for residents.
