They proudly present the “SENA HHP ZERO ENERGY HOUSE” model, an innovation aimed at driving the business towards sustainability, catering to the lifestyle needs of residents. The initiative includes two prototype projects: Sena Grand Home Bangna Km. 29 and a condominium, designed with a focus on functionality and environmental consciousness, set to launch in 2023.

Starting with Smart Energy, SENA has utilized knowledge from “HANKYU HANSHIN PROPERTIES” to develop housing based on the SENA HHP ZERO ENERGY HOUSE (SENA HHP ZEH) concept, creating prototype homes in the projects to achieve “zero energy homes.” The two pilot projects are Sena Grand Home Bangna Km. 29 and a condominium brand, in collaboration with Chula Unisearch for research and certification, aiming to launch the prototype homes in 2023.
