N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, a leader in the real estate sector, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Payap University in Chiang Mai to study and develop a real estate project in 2023.

Mr. Somnuek Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, which has developed over 60 residential projects in Bangkok and its vicinity with a total value exceeding 30 billion baht, recognizes the potential for project development in the northern region, particularly in Chiang Mai, which is currently a key economic hub of the country. This investment aims to develop future residential projects worth over 200 million baht on the grounds of Payap University, aligning with the university's objectives for mutual benefit. Therefore, the signing ceremony for the MOU was held, with Mr. Apichai Insuwan, the President of Payap University, also signing the cooperation agreement (MOU), with construction development expected to commence in 2023.
