CP Land Public Company Limited, or CP LAND, one of Thailand's leading real estate developers, has announced its residential business performance for the first 9 months of 2022, from January to September, showing growth in line with its targets. The company generated over 900 million baht in revenue through serious efforts to elevate quality standards, alongside CP LAND's marketing initiatives, partnerships with 10 partner banks, the phenomenon of "CP LAND, Anyone Can Borrow," the CP LAND Home and Condo Fair, and the 'Music in the Garden of Tuscani' event to launch the new Tuscany housing zone in Min Buri - Pracha Ruam Jai 37, as well as the overall recovery of the Thai economy.

Mr. Damrongsak Thungngern, Deputy Managing Director of Condominium and Office Rental Management at CP LAND, revealed that the residential business performance for the first 9 months of 2022 met the planned targets, generating over 900 million baht in revenue. This was driven by serious efforts to elevate quality standards and CP LAND's marketing measures, including partnerships with 10 partner banks, creating the phenomenon "CP LAND, Anyone Can Borrow," which facilitates home and condo buyers in processing transactions with partner banks more conveniently. One campaign alone has led to a revenue growth of 30% compared to the period before the campaign started. Currently, the company has expanded its collaboration to include 12 partner banks, including BAY - Krungsri Bank, BBL - Bangkok Bank, GH Bank - Government Housing Bank, GSB - Government Savings Bank, IBank - Islamic Bank of Thailand, KBank - Kasikorn Bank, KKP - Kiatnakin Phatra Bank, KTB - Krung Thai Bank, SCB - Siam Commercial Bank, TTB - TMBThanachart Bank, CIMB - CIMB Thai Bank, and UOB - United Overseas Bank.

Additionally, the Home and Condo Fair campaign at over 25 potential project locations nationwide offers chances to win a vacation condo, Khao Yai house project, and other prizes worth over 2.7 million baht until the end of this year, simply by purchasing a home or condo from CP LAND. The 'Music in the Garden of Tuscani' event also helps increase sales opportunities, allowing the company to meet its sales targets. Furthermore, the overall Thai economy is recovering, alleviating concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to a revival in tourism, increased income, and purchasing power, as well as potential homebuyers accelerating their decisions to purchase properties as construction material costs rise, indicating that housing prices are set to increase.

"Data shows that over 70% of customers who decide to purchase properties from CP LAND are real demand buyers, while 30% are investors for rental purposes. The projects that have received good responses are mainly located in the northeastern region (Isaan) and the northern region, including Kalpaphruek Mahasarakham, Park Condo Dream Nakhon Ratchasima, Udon Thani, and Mae Sot. This is due to their strategic locations, value for money, and various supporting campaigns. We believe that in the remaining 3 months, we will achieve the revenue targets set, aligning with CP LAND's larger goal of generating a total revenue of 1.7 billion baht this year, representing a 42% increase compared to 2021," said Mr. Damrongsak.
