Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) achieved a CG score in the Excellent category (5 stars) for the year 2022, just one year after being listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. This assessment was conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) following the announcement of the Corporate Governance (CG) survey results for Thai listed companies in 2022. This recognition underscores the development of high standards in corporate governance, transparency, equal treatment of shareholders, consideration of all stakeholders, environmental and social responsibility, as well as conducting business based on organizational sustainability.
