Not competitors but partners: Supalai elevates the Thai real estate industry, opening the book of success for small developers through the Big Brother project for the 5th consecutive year.

Supalai Public Company Limited has launched a (not so) secret class to share successful strategies with two medium and small-sized real estate developers (SMEs) through the Big Brother Season 6 project, continuing for the 5th year. The aim is to elevate and develop the Thai real estate industry, both small and large, to meet the diverse needs of residents across the country.

Mr. Kittipong Sirilaksana, Deputy Managing Director of the High-Rise Building Construction Division, stated that in the past, Supalai has been the only real estate company to participate in and support the Big Brother project organized by the Thai Chamber of Commerce for five consecutive years, acting as a 'mentor' for eight medium and small-sized enterprises (SMEs). In 2021, the company shared business strategies with Yu Home Estate Co., Ltd., and in 2022, it coached B More Estate Co., Ltd. and Jupachai Development Co., Ltd., all of which operate regional real estate development businesses.

Although these three companies are direct competitors in the real estate business, from Supalai's perspective, they see them as business partners in the local sector, which fosters the exchange of views and learning diverse management methods. While Supalai operates as a large organization with a specific working system, smaller companies provide different perspectives, challenges, and solutions, leading to mutual learning and development. Participation in this project also promotes the development of the Thai real estate sector, as a variety of developers increases options for customers, prompting companies to improve their products and services to enhance resident satisfaction. For the past 33 years, Supalai has been committed to developing quality housing based on genuine customer needs, which is the core principle of the company's operations. We understand that real estate is a significant asset for families or individuals, so working in this sector must always prioritize the utmost satisfaction of residents. Therefore, participating in the Big Brother project is a collaborative effort to create value for both developers and customers in the real estate business as a whole.

Ms. Sawaluck Nakphatarapong and Ms. Jinjutha Phuwadechanikun, Managing Directors of B More Estate Co., Ltd., revealed that their company began developing real estate in Prachinburi Province in 2018 and has since delivered over 200 homes to customers, with the intention of providing quality homes at accessible prices. Upon learning that Supalai Public Company Limited was participating as a mentor in the Big Brother project, they did not hesitate to join, as Supalai is a model company in the real estate business. If they aim to grow systematically and sustainably in the future, they seek professional advice from seasoned experts in the real estate field for over 30 years. After joining the project, their business perspective changed as they gained a broader view of the real estate sector. Whenever they had questions, they received regular answers and guidance from Supalai, along with ideas for work and business strategies that they would adapt to improve organizational management and achieve outstanding performance like their mentor company.

Ms. Darawan Photikruprasert, Project Manager of Sukh-A-Sai in Surat Thani Province, stated that the Sukh-A-Sai project initially faced construction issues and difficulties in communicating with local contractors. They brought these challenges to Supalai for consultation, as Supalai has been developing real estate in Surat Thani for a long time. They received advice that could be used to adjust strategies, construction plans, and ideas for management after discussions with Supalai's marketing and sales teams, both online and offline. Joining this project allowed them to observe how the leading players in the real estate industry manage their operations and apply those insights to their own project management.

Overall, Supalai believes in the concept that the growth of the Thai real estate business cannot be achieved alone; all sectors must develop together. They sincerely hope that sharing knowledge and in-depth real estate information with younger companies through the Big Brother project will lead to the development of the housing industry and strengthen the Thai real estate sector for sustainable growth.
