In terms of design and sustainable residential development for all horizontal and vertical projects, SC Asset emphasizes upstream aspects, such as the design and selection of high-quality construction materials and eco-friendly products certified by the SCG Green Choice label from SCG Cement-Building Materials Co., Ltd. Examples include low-carbon concrete from SCG that reduces greenhouse gas emissions by at least 17 Kg CO2-eq per ton, lightweight aerated concrete that reduces emissions by at least 0.75 Kg CO2-eq per square meter per year, and SCG eaves boards that reduce emissions by at least 0.39 Kg CO2-eq per square meter, along with roofing structures and insulation that incorporate recycled materials to reduce resource consumption, as well as water-saving sanitary ware and faucets from Cotto.

Regarding innovations for sustainability, the development of clean energy innovations and electricity management systems aligns with global energy trends, focusing on the development of solar systems combined with battery energy storage systems and the installation of EV chargers. To maximize energy management benefits, the company has partnered with Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), a leader in smart energy and electricity business innovation, to develop single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums of SC Asset.
