KBank and SC Asset have joined forces to support Thais in going green with a comprehensive approach by launching green home loans with special interest rates starting at 2.5% per annum for the first three years. The maximum loan amount is 100%, with repayment terms of up to 30 years and free property appraisal fees for customers purchasing energy-efficient homes in 53 SC Asset projects. This initiative aims to promote access to clean energy for Thais, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and pass on a livable world to future generations.

Ms. Chonlarat Pinijbenjapol, Deputy Managing Director of KBank, stated that the increasingly erratic weather is impacting daily life, with more frequent and severe storms leading to significant flooding in many areas of Thailand. This situation has prompted the younger generation to pay more attention to environmental conservation, with many seeking eco-friendly homes that utilize sustainable materials and energy-saving construction methods. Therefore, under the GO GREEN Together initiative, KBank aims to facilitate a comprehensive approach to going green by collaborating with SC Asset to offer the “Green Home Loan” with special interest rates starting at 2.5% per annum for the first three years, a maximum loan amount of 100%, and repayment terms of up to 30 years, along with free property appraisal fees for customers purchasing energy-efficient homes in SC Asset's 53 projects. Additionally, customers can pay for home reservations using KBank credit cards and receive a 10% cashback when redeeming points equivalent to their spending, or choose to reserve homes using Xpress Cash cards with repayment terms of up to 36 months, promoting access to clean energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions for future generations.
