Ananda Corporation is making a strong push in the fourth quarter, launching 6 new projects worth over 21.627 billion baht and organizing the largest event in 5 years, "Ananda Urban Pulse 2022", along with the introduction of 3 new brands, aiming to generate over 6 billion baht in sales to support future growth.
Mr. Chanont Ruangkritya, CEO and Managing Director of Ananda Development Public Company Limited stated that the Thai economy is on a continuous recovery path, with the real estate sector expanding and recovering well, prompting developers to invest in new projects targeting upper-middle to high-end customers who are less sensitive to economic factors and still possess strong purchasing power.
Ananda has adjusted its business strategy under the concept of “ANANDA BIG MOVE” to align with the recovering market by developing condominiums that integrate various world-class services, along with partners to develop the new housing brand CULTURE, which emphasizes sustainable living in harmony with nature for a better future.
In the final quarter of 2022, the company will launch 6 new housing and condo projects worth over 21.627 billion baht to stimulate the market and purchasing power, announcing the grand event of the year, “ANANDA URBAN PULSE 2022,” under the theme “THE NEW CULTURE IS HERE,” featuring condominiums near the BTS, single houses, and townhomes across more than 32 prime locations in Bangkok, along with special offers of the year. The highlight will be the launch of 6 new projects during this major event from October 27-30 at Siam Paragon, with confidence in generating over 6 billion baht in sales by the end of the year.
Mr. Prasert Taedulayasathit, CEO of the Real Estate Business Division at Ananda Development Public Company Limited mentioned that in the third quarter, the company achieved sales of 4.062 billion baht and is confident of continuing growth in the fourth quarter with an additional 5,000-6,000 million baht, aiming to meet this year's sales target of 15.680 billion baht.
For the third quarter, transfers grew by 27% from the previous quarter, reaching 4.423 billion baht, with plans for continuous delivery in the fourth quarter, confident in achieving this year's transfer target of 13.033 billion baht.
The company is also adapting its portfolio to expand into the luxury segment for both condos and horizontal housing, with sales in the first nine months of this year showing a remarkable growth of over 386% compared to the same period last year. The horizontal projects have shown significant growth, with sales in the first nine months exceeding 3.289 billion baht, a 64% increase compared to the same period last year, marking the highest sales ever, increasing the proportion of horizontal sales from 11% to 31%.
