ASW Achieves Record Sales of 13.104 Billion Baht in First 9 Months, Surpassing Target by 130%
Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) has showcased outstanding performance in the first 9 months, achieving a record sales figure of 13.104 billion baht, exceeding the annual target by 130%. This success is attributed to the positive response to the "KAVE" and "ATMOZ" condominium brands across all 6 projects. The KAVE Town Colony at Bangkok University and ATMOZ Oasis On Nut projects are highlighted as key drivers propelling sales, developed to meet the lifestyle needs of Gen Z and young professionals. In the final quarter of the year, the company plans to launch 2 more projects, both horizontal and vertical, with a total project value of 1.2 billion baht, confident that 2022 will set a new record for sales.
Mr. Kramchad Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) stated that this year marks a significant success for the company, with the first 9 months generating record pre-sales of 13.104 billion baht, surpassing the annual sales target of 10 billion baht. This achievement stems from well-planned real estate developments that align with genuine market demand. In the first 9 months, the company launched 6 high-rise projects under the KAVE and ATMOZ brands, targeting Gen Z and new working professionals, which has been a key success factor driving sales growth.
The key projects driving pre-sales in the first 9 months include KAVE Town Colony at Bangkok University, starting at 1.39 million baht for 1,083 units, with a project value of 1.8 billion baht, which has already been declared sold out. The ATMOZ Oasis On Nut project, located near the Yellow Line Skytrain station at Srinuch, starts at 1.49 million baht for 1,110 units, with a project value of 2.2 billion baht, achieving over 40% in sales. This success is attributed to functional designs that align with lifestyle needs and comprehensive facilities that meet both technological and environmental requirements.
Regarding the overall real estate market at the end of this year, it is anticipated that Thailand's economy will show signs of recovery, with the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) expanding positively. The real estate outlook for the fourth quarter is expected to continue improving due to new investments from major and medium-sized developers, driven by increasing housing demand, alongside signs of stable inflation in the fourth quarter, which will positively impact the real estate business.
The company plans to launch 2 new projects in the final quarter, with a total project value of 1.2 billion baht, including 1) the horizontal project Esta Rangsit Khlong 2, with 153 units valued at 680 million baht, and 2) the KAVE Universe Bangsaen project, with 245 units valued at 520 million baht. The company is confident that ASW's experience and expertise in real estate, along with the launch of 8 new projects this year, will drive annual sales to a record high.
ASW operates in the real estate sector, focusing on developing high-rise and horizontal residential projects in prime locations under the concept of “Happiness Designed for You” or “We Build Happiness.” To date, the company has developed over 45 condominium and housing projects under various brands designed to create happiness suitable for every lifestyle, including KAVE, ATMOZ, MODIZ, ESTA, and THE HONOR, with a total project value exceeding 48.05 billion baht. This includes 33 completed and ready-to-move-in projects and 12 projects currently under sale and development. Currently, there is a backlog of sales valued at over 9.218 billion baht, which will be gradually recognized as revenue.
