ASW Partners with UOB to Drive Solar Rooftop Innovations and Expand Business through GREEN LOAN Financing
Asset Wise Public Company Limited, or ASW, has joined forces with UOB (Thai) Bank to enhance sustainable real estate development through Green Loans aimed at supporting real estate developers in utilizing renewable solar energy. This collaboration reinforces ASW's commitment to sustainable business practices under the concept of “GrowGreen,” aimed at creating environmentally friendly housing. ASW is moving forward with the installation of rooftop solar panels across four projects, covering over 2,711 square meters and generating more than 511 kilowatts of electricity, thereby improving the quality of life for residents and creating sustainable value for all sectors.

Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) , a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of “Happiness Designed for You” or “We Build Happiness,” revealed that the company is committed to sustainable business practices under the “GrowGreen” concept to create environmentally friendly housing for a better quality of life. The company has received support forGreen Loans from UOB (Thai) Bank, demonstrating the vision of both organizations to foster business growth alongside environmental stewardship. ASW is committed to continuously reducing greenhouse gas emissions, aligning with sustainable economic development in Thailand and globally.
The company plans to use funds from the Green Loans to develop its real estate projects with a focus on environmental sustainability by implementing solar rooftop technology and innovations. The installation has been ongoing, with four projects completed so far, totaling over 2,711 square meters of rooftop solar panels, generating more than 511 kilowatts of electricity from solar energy, including:
1). The headquarters of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) installed solar panels (Solar Rooftop) covering 154 square meters, completed in August 2021, generating approximately 32 kilowatts of electricity from solar energy.
2). Mingle Mall project installed solar panels (Solar Rooftop) covering 724 square meters, completed in December 2021, generating approximately 150 kilowatts of electricity from solar energy.
3). Kave TU project installed solar panels (Solar Rooftop) covering 864 square meters, completed in April 2022, generating approximately 178 kilowatts of electricity from solar energy.
4). Kave Town Shift project installed solar panels (Solar Rooftop) covering 969 square meters, completed in June 2022, generating approximately 150 kilowatts of electricity from solar energy.
