The temperature-controlled distribution center of HAVI Logistics (Thailand) is located within the Frasers Property Logistics Center (Bang Phli 2), a prime logistics business location in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, facilitating efficient distribution across the country. The warehouse building has been developed as a Built-to-Suit facility to support temperature-controlled logistics and supply chain management for the food service, convenience store, and retail sectors, covering a total area of over 30,000 square meters. The LEED Gold certification enhances the prominence of the distribution center with efficiency in five categories as follows:

  • Sustainable Sites: Reflecting its location in an area with good transportation access.
  • Water Efficiency: Utilization of water-saving fixtures for water use within the building.
  • Energy and Atmosphere: Installation of Green Renewable Energy, specifically Solar Cell Panels, to reduce electricity consumption and carbon emissions from energy production.
  • Materials and Resources: Waste management during construction, recycling to reduce waste generated, and using construction materials made from recycled materials and sourced locally to minimize transportation emissions, making it environmentally friendly.
  • Indoor Environmental Quality: Installation of a fresh air circulation system to ensure good hygiene within the building.

To date, Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) has delivered a total of 10 green-certified factory-warehouse buildings and aims for full green building certification in the future, while continuously enhancing products and services to meet the diverse needs of all customer segments.
