CPANEL has announced its Q2/2022 results, achieving an all-time high revenue of 104.27 million baht. The company continues to post record profits for the fourth consecutive quarter, with a growth of 142.09%. The outlook for Q3/2022 is promising, with plans to deliver projects as scheduled and to sign additional contracts worth 200 million baht, boosting the backlog to 1,172.40 million baht, which will gradually be recognized over the next two years.

Mr. Chakrit Teepakornsukasem, Managing Director of CPANEL Public Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of precast concrete products using fully automated systems for real estate construction projects, revealed that for Q2 2022, the company reported total revenue of 104.27 million baht, an increase of 33.35 million baht or 47.02% from the same period last year, which had a total revenue of 70.92 million baht. The net profit reached a new high of 13.00 million baht, up from 5.37 million baht in the same period last year, an increase of 7.63 million baht or 142.09%.

For the first half of 2022, the company reported total revenue of 193.88 million baht, an increase of 37.17 million baht or 23.71% from the same period last year, which had total revenue of 156.71 million baht. The net profit was 24.61 million baht, an increase of 7.82 million baht or 46.58% from the same period last year, which had a net profit of 16.79 million baht. This improvement in performance is attributed to enhancements in the production system, allowing for increased precast production and faster project delivery in response to rising customer demand.

Looking ahead to Q3/2022, the company expects to continue achieving new highs due to improved production efficiency, with 25 projects scheduled for delivery to clients, including Britania Km 35, Noble Curve, and SANSIRI (low-rise condos).

Additionally, the company is awaiting contracts with six clients for both horizontal and vertical projects, totaling over 100 million baht. Currently, the company has a backlog valued at 1,172.40 million baht, which will be gradually recognized in 2022-2023.
