Perfect Transforms 2-Story Condo Design MOFF Double Space to Enhance Space and Functionality for a Comfortable Home-Like Living
Property Perfect has revamped the 2-story high-ceiling condo design MOFF Double Space in the Metro Sky Bangson-Interchange and The Sky Sukhumvit projects, creating a new design that offers comfort akin to living in a house. The upper floor area has been expanded, and functionalities have been added to address the Pain Points of condo living, including an additional bedroom, a workspace, a dressing area, and storage space under the stairs, catering to current condo buyers who seek more space.

Mr. Wongsakorn Prasithwiphat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, stated that the company has redesigned its condominium products in the form of 2-story units, recognizing the behavior of real demand customers who buy to live. Most of them desire a home with comfortable living space while also needing convenience for commuting and working, ideally located near the BTS. Therefore, the design of the high-ceiling 2-story units in the two projects, Metro Sky Bangson-Interchange and The Sky Sukhumvit, has been adjusted in both space and functionality to provide a living experience closer to that of a house, aligning better with customer needs.

The newly designed high-ceiling 2-story condo or MOFF Double Space retains its hallmark of over 4.5-meter high ceilings, offering an airy Double Volume feel, with large windows on both levels that create a home-like atmosphere. The design has been updated from the original MOFF units by increasing the upper floor area to 12-14 square meters, allowing for flexible usage according to the residents' lifestyles, whether it be an additional bedroom, a home office corner, or a relaxation area with space for personal collectibles.

Additionally, the Pain Points of condominium living regarding storage space have been addressed by redesigning to accommodate actual usage needs. The large bedroom now features a Walk-In Closet, a spacious dressing area with hanging space for clothes, drawers for cosmetics and accessories, and shelves for various items, all designed for versatile use. Furthermore, storage cabinets under the stairs have been added to provide ample and organized storage, solving the common issue of insufficient storage in condos.

MOFF Double Space, the newly designed 2-story unit in the Metro Sky Bangson-Interchange project, has an area of 36.7-39.5 square meters, starting at 3.9 million baht, while The Sky Sukhumvit offers units sized 42.2-57.4 square meters, starting at 5.5 million baht, complete with full furniture sets and a cash rebate of up to 500,000 baht.
