Asset Wise Public Company Limited, or ASW, announced record half-year sales of 8 billion baht, marking a historic high.  The company showcased its success with five high-rise projects under the brands "Kave" and "Atmoz," confident that sales for the year 2022 will exceed the target of 10 billion baht. The demand for the Kave brand is surging, driven by a strong interest in residential and investment properties near universities. The company plans to continue its market expansion in both horizontal and vertical developments in Q3 with two new projects valued at 2.03 billion baht, launching the Kave Seed Kaset condominium and the Esta Rangsit-Khlong 2 horizontal project, responding to the recovering real estate market.

Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), stated that the company has achieved significant success with the launch of five new high-rise projects in the first half of the year, generating record pre-sales of 8 billion baht, which is 80% of this year's target. He is confident that total sales for the year will surpass 10 billion baht. This success is attributed to the strong portfolio of high-rise projects under the "Kave" and "Atmoz" brands, which align well with current market demands. The Kave brand is designed to meet the lifestyle needs of Gen Z condo buyers, while the Atmoz brand offers resort-style condos that cater to urban lifestyles.

The five new projects launched in the first half of the year include: 1) Atmoz Canal Rangsit condominium near the red line train station, with 979 units starting at 1.39 million baht, project value 1.65 billion baht; 2) Atmoz Oasis On Nut condominium near the yellow line train station, with 1,110 units starting at 1.49 million baht, project value 2.2 billion baht; 3) Atmoz Flow Min Buri condominium near the pink line train station, with 739 units starting at 1.49 million baht, project value 1.35 billion baht; 4) Atmoz Portrait Si Saman condominium near the pink line (extension) train station, with 680 units starting at 1.39 million baht, project value 1.15 billion baht; and 5) Kave Town Colony at Bangkok University with 1,083 units starting at 1.39 million baht, project value 1.8 billion baht. The first VVIP event for bookings was held on June 25, 2022, achieving a record sales of 42% of the total project value in a single day, representing 70% of the units available for sale. Additionally, the Kave Town Space and Kave Town Shift projects have already sold out 100% due to strong demand for campus condos, both for residential and investment purposes, as the COVID-19 situation stabilizes and educational institutions resume normal operations.

With a business strategy for 2022 that includes launching eight new projects, both condominiums and horizontal housing, with a total project value of 14.2 billion baht, the company plans to launch the Kave Town Colony and Kave Seed Kaset projects near educational institutions, with demand expected to grow throughout the year. The company will also continue to expand its horizontal portfolio with the launch of the Esta Rangsit Khlong 2 project.
