AP Thailand Achieves Sales of 25.53 Billion in the First Half of the Year, Ready to Launch 40 New Projects Worth Over 53.62 Billion Baht
Mr. Vittakarn Janthawimon, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at AP Thailand Public Company Limited stated that despite the easing of the pandemic situation in the first half of the year, everyone around the world is facing inflation and rising prices that impact the economy of nearly every country. AP has consistently monitored all situations closely to adjust work plans and manage costs, aiming to maintain selling prices without significantly affecting our customers. As a result, the company achieved a new record in the first half of the year with sales reaching 25.53 billion baht, an increase of over 43% compared to the same period last year. This growth was particularly driven by superstar products like single-detached houses and townhomes, which saw remarkable growth, leading to an overall increase of over 25% in horizontal products in the first half. Meanwhile, the condominium business also saw sales nearly triple, signaling positive trends in the market, all of which reflects organic growth that showcases the company's ability to plan effectively for all circumstances.

The company continues to move forward with the BREAKTHROUGH all limitations plan, with 160 projects ready for sale across Bangkok and other provinces, totaling over 122.35 billion baht. This includes 40 new projects worth approximately 53.62 billion baht set to launch in the second half of the year, divided as follows:
- 16 townhome projects valued at 16.44 billion baht and 18 single-detached house projects valued at 24.03 billion baht
- 3 condominium projects valued at 10.4 billion baht
- 3 projects in other provinces valued at 2.75 billion baht
Additionally, there are 120 projects under construction and for sale, reflecting AP's readiness in all aspects, including cost management, labor planning, and overall management to accommodate the large number of projects alongside the prevailing volatility.

Highlights for the second half of the year include building on the success of single-detached houses and townhomes by expanding into suburban areas such as Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, Nonthaburi, and Pathum Thani, to cater to a broader target audience with new products and house designs, allowing everyone to choose a better life for themselves.
The townhome business group is set to follow the roadmap “Unlock Vertical Life: Choose Your Own Vertical Living Space”, breaking all limitations with 20 new townhome designs from 6 quality brands, along with 16 new projects and the return of the “Baan Klang Muang Classe” brand, launching in Sukhumvit 77. The single-detached house segment will introduce entirely new house models under the concept “Functional is Beautiful: Homes that Understand Life”, with 18 new projects and plans to penetrate the single-detached house market priced between 3 to 5 million baht to capture more market share with new products set to launch in the fourth quarter of the year.
In the condominium business segment, after a successful first half with the mass condo market launch of the ASPIRE brand, achieving over 44% in sales from the launches of ASPIRE Pinklao-Arun Amarin and ASPIRE Ratchayothin, the company plans to launch 3 more projects in the second half, valued at a total of 10.4 billion baht, including ASPIRE Sukhumvit-Rama 4, ASPIRE On Nut Station, and LIFE Phahol-Ladprao. Additionally, the company is set to transfer ownership and recognize revenue from 2 ready-to-move-in condos, LIFE Sathorn Sierra and RHYTHM Ekkamai Estate.
The company continues to operate under its major mission of delivering a good life that can be chosen, with a solid operational plan alongside the readiness to adapt quickly through decentralized management and strict cash flow management.
