It has received excellent feedback from customers and has consistently achieved strong sales, allowing for the project to be sold out within 8 years. The total sales value of the Arcadia project amounts to 11 billion baht, with 30 phases and a total of 1,711 residential lots. Currently, only 226 lots remain awaiting title transfer. As a gesture of gratitude to customers and to foster a quality community within the project, the company has created a large playground valued at 2.4 million Australian dollars, or 57.6 million baht, showcasing beautiful indigenous Aboriginal art.
