Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE) has announced its latest sales figures exceeding 10.1 billion baht, revealing strong responses to new project launches. The NUE brand continues to gain momentum with projects like New Mega Plus Bangna, New District R9, New Cross Kukhut Station, and New Evo Ari achieving sales of over 50%-60% of their project values. The company is set to launch 9 new projects in the second half of 2022, valued at over 24 billion baht. This aligns with the early 2022 plan to launch 18 new projects totaling approximately 47.7 billion baht, with confidence in meeting annual targets.

Mr. Thongchai Busarapant, Vice Chairman and Co-CEO of Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE), a leader in real estate development in prime locations of Bangkok and its suburbs, stated that "The development plan for this year focuses on both horizontal and condominium projects in central locations, as well as along major and extended subway lines throughout Bangkok, is proceeding as planned. The latest sales (Pre-sale) figures (from January 1 to June 5) have grown to over 10.1 billion baht, surpassing the total sales of 8.035 billion baht for the entire year of 2021, reflecting the ongoing real demand in the market."

Most of the sales have come from the recent launch of new projects, particularly the NUE brand condominiums, which have received excellent responses. Currently, the company has launched 9 new projects with a total value of 23.7 billion baht, including:

 

1) New Mega Plus Bangna and 2) New District R9 under the management of Mr. Theerapol Woranithipong, CEO of Business Development, added that "New Mega Plus Bangna is a high-rise condominium project that has consistently attracted interest since its launch under the concept of 'Condo Next to the Mall' due to its prime location adjacent to Mega Bangna, just 0 meters away, with convenient access connecting the city in all directions and situated along the development path of the Silver Line LRT. It meets residential needs with wide room layouts and extensive common areas spanning 5 floors with 38 amenities, making it a highly valuable project compared to surrounding developments. Meanwhile, the New District R9 project is a high-rise condominium that has garnered significant interest from both Thai and foreign investors due to its location in the heart of Rama 9, a new business hub. The project is adjacent to Central Plaza and just 180 meters from MRT Rama 9, close to office areas and the interchange station for BTS Asoke and Airport Rail Link Makkasan. It features a rooftop common area of over 8 rai with 8 zones and 50 functions, along with wide room layouts, resulting in over 50% in sales, equating to 3 billion baht.
