Mr. Phumi Jirathiwat, Head of Hotel Property at Central Pattana Public Company Limited stated that the Central Group has a positive outlook on the hotel business, driven by the rapidly recovering domestic tourism market, which continues to grow post-COVID. This is evident from the increasing number of Thai tourists traveling in recent times, presenting an opportunity to expand the existing hotel business by leveraging the strengths of well-located hotels, brands that cater to every segment, and collaboration within Central Pattana and the Central Group. This ensures that staying at our hotels offers a seamless journey that stands out from other projects in the market, enhancing the potential of various cities and provinces and creating a big impact at the national level.

The 5-Year Investment Plan aims to expand a total of 37 hotel projects across 27 provinces, totaling 4,000 rooms through 3 brands: Centara, an upscale brand priced around 2,000 Baht/night; Centara One, a lifestyle midscale brand priced around 1,700 Baht/night; and Go! Hotel, a premium budget brand priced around 1,000 Baht/night. Centara Hotels & Resorts will manage all three brands, with a goal that within 5 years, the hotel business will contribute 10% of Central Pattana's total revenue.

Recently, this September, we are preparing for the grand opening of Centara Korat, a 281-room hotel, reinforcing the success of the first fully-integrated mixed-use development model in the Northeast, managed by 'Centara Hotels & Resorts' with international standard service.

Ms. Walaya Jirathiwat, Managing Director and CEO of Central Pattana Public Company Limited stated that Central Pattana continues to pursue its vision of Retail-Led Mixed-Use Development, with the hotel business being a core area with growth potential that supports communities. By 2026, we aim to set a standard for accommodation in all our hotels, making our hotel projects the number one destination for domestic travel, pioneering a 'Travel Ecosystem' that addresses more than just tourism, encompassing all purposes including leisure, business, and work, enhancing the potential of various cities—both major and minor, tourist and industrial—across 27 provinces nationwide, stimulating local economies and expected to create 3,900 jobs while promoting local identity and distributing income to local businesses.

Mr. Thirayu Jirathiwat, CEO of Centara Hotels and Resorts stated that this major collaboration within the Central Group will help establish new standards for the hotel business and drive the country's economy. Over the past few years, Centara has partnered with Central Pattana to manage and operate the Centara Hotel & Convention Centre Udon Thani and Hilton Pattaya. With this collaboration, within 5 years, Centara will have around 200 hotels, with over 60% located domestically and 40% internationally, with ongoing sales in the Maldives and Vietnam.
