Nature: A Home Close to Nature

The Issara Bangna project is designed to incorporate nature to enhance living, surrounded by greenery. The houses have a width of 26 meters, with the orientation facing north or south, allowing for large openings to capture breezes. Additionally, the unique feature of the balcony surrounding the house acts as a wind channel, allowing hot air to escape. The roof of the house is designed with three layers of heat insulation; the top layer is a Solar Slap material that reduces direct heat exposure, while an additional layer of insulation underneath further decreases heat from sunlight by up to 80% compared to a standard slab roof. The eaves extend 1.2 meters to block sunlight and reduce heat by 38%, while planting trees around the house helps reduce pollution and create a pleasant atmosphere.

 

Modern: A Timeless Home with Sustainable Technology

The house's appearance is designed to be contemporary (Timeless Design), ensuring longevity and accessibility for residents. Furthermore, technology is integrated to enhance usability, including:

  • Home Automation that allows control of devices within the house via smartphone.
  • Technologies focused on Sustainable Technology, such as energy-saving systems including Solar Cells, VRV air conditioning systems, and elevators.

Craftsmanship: A Home Built with Luxury Quality Materials

The selection of materials is tailored for functionality, emphasizing comfort, durability, and aesthetics that showcase the Super Luxury essence of the home. The construction features a reinforced concrete structure connecting the house and garage to prevent settling. The walls are made of lightweight concrete bricks that effectively reduce temperature and dissipate heat. Inside, round columns are used to create open spaces between walls and columns, which also protect children from sharp corners.

Regarding flooring materials, the project has selected three types based on functionality:

  • For the garage, printed concrete is used for its strength and ability to support vehicle weight.
  • The first floor, which is the main living area, features 80 x 80 cm porcelain tiles mixed with real stone for durability and ease of maintenance.
  • The second and third floors, designed for relaxation, use engineered wood flooring with a natural oak finish, providing warmth and comfort.

Other interesting material selections include:

  • The facade aims to create a natural atmosphere using Aluminium Composite with a wood grain finish, which is stronger and more durable than real wood, while also being easy to maintain.
  • Full-height windows from floor to ceiling to maximize natural light.
  • A passenger lift accommodating 5-6 people or a wheelchair with a caregiver, designed to be energy-efficient without a machine room.
  • Stairs constructed of steel surrounded by tempered glass, which is 4-5 times stronger than standard glass.
  • A VDO call system to communicate with guests before entering the house.

Happiness: A Home for Multiple Generations

Choosing a home is crucial as it is a place we will live in for 10, 20 years, passing it down to children and grandchildren. A home reflects our identity and brings us joy. With a three-story design accommodating three generations, the house features a wide front, and every bedroom has a view of the front yard where trees have been planted. The layout distinctly separates service areas from family living spaces, each with its own entrance.

  • The first floor serves as the service area and family space, with a bedroom suitable for elderly residents or those needing special care, conveniently located near the service zone.
  • The second floor houses the master bedroom, the largest in the house, along with another bedroom ideal for a young child, close to the parents' room for easy supervision.
  • The third floor includes another bedroom and workspace, which can be partitioned to create an additional master bedroom, providing privacy for siblings or relatives.

 

Issara Bangna is a super luxury single-house project located on approximately 24 rai along Bangna-Trad Road, Km 8, with only 44 units on land sizes ranging from 100-238 square wah and usable areas of 250-800 square meters.
