Britania Public Company Limited, or BRI, is planning to launch a new project, 'Britania Amata - Phan Thong', with a project value of 2 billion baht in the second quarter, located in a prime area of Chonburi province, to meet the demand in the strategically important EEC area. The project features Modern British style homes and a variety of amenities catering to contemporary lifestyles, along with extensive communal spaces.

Ms. Suphalak Janpitak, CEO of Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), revealed that the new project development plan for 2022 focuses on expanding into high-potential urban areas. The company is preparing to launch another low-rise residential project in Chonburi during the second quarter of 2022, in line with the established plan to meet consumer demand for housing and drive sales and revenue growth in accordance with targets, as the overall market for low-rise homes continues to show steady demand, despite the current rapid rise in energy prices putting pressure on inflation and economic recovery.

Recently, the company is set to launch the new project 'Britania Amata - Phan Thong', which will consist of townhomes, duplexes, and two-story single-family homes in Modern British style, totaling 440 units with usable areas ranging from 108 to 205 square meters, starting prices from 2.99 to 7 million baht. The project, valued at 2 billion baht, is located on the potential area of Ban Khao - Phan Thong Road in Phan Thong District, Chonburi, near the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, which is a prime location expected to benefit from the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development project covering Chonburi, Rayong, and Chachoengsao provinces. It is also close to the Bangkok-Chonburi Motorway, Burapha Withi Expressway, and surrounded by various amenities such as Robinson Lifestyle Chonburi, Makro Amata Nakorn, HomePro, Eastern Technology College, Sripatum University Chonburi Campus, Vibhavadi Amata Nakorn Hospital, etc.

The Britania Amata - Phan Thong project offers four house types to choose from:

Harrods Townhome with a usable area of 108 square meters.

Brixton Duplex with a usable area of 140 square meters.

Regent Single-Family Home with a usable area of 160 square meters.

Cambridge Single-Family Home with a usable area of 205 square meters.

Designed and developed under the concept of an elevated living experience in every detail, with homes that reflect classic elegance, the design incorporates curves and lines in the project entrance and large clubhouse, featuring contemporary English architecture and lush communal garden spaces that provide a relaxing atmosphere, along with modern amenities to enhance the joy of living.

The company has studied and analyzed current living behaviors to develop house designs and functions that meet changing lifestyles. The project features additional facilities to enhance modern living, including: USB outlets, digital door locks, emergency lights, B-BOX parcel boxes, EV charger connections, and automatic gate systems. Additionally, the communal area is designed to include comprehensive amenities such as a luxurious clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, co-working space, large public park, double-gate security (two-tier entry-exit system), key card access, CCTV, and 24-hour security personnel.

“Previously, we launched the Britania Bangna Km. 42 project in Chachoengsao province, which has sold over 67% of 492 units, and Brighton Amata - Suk Prayoon in Chonburi province, which has sold over 35% of 223 units. The response has been satisfactory, so we are preparing to launch the Britania Amata - Phan Thong project in the second quarter, which is one of the major projects for this year,” Ms. Suphalak stated.
