V Beyond Development Co., Ltd. has announced its first quarter results for 2022, revealing a net profit increase of over 2,000% and a revenue growth of 57% compared to the same period last year. Mr. Woradet Rukpan, CEO of V Beyond Development Co., Ltd., stated that “V Beyond” has shown outstanding performance and continuous growth. The results at the end of the first quarter of 2022 indicate a net profit increase of over 2,000% and a revenue increase of 57% compared to the same period in 2021. The board of directors has approved a dividend payment for the 2021 fiscal year to shareholders at a rate of 23.61 baht per share, with another dividend payment expected before the company goes public soon. Additionally, the board has appointed “Mr. Chayen Kamnoon” as the chairman, effective from April 22, 2022.

Currently, V Beyond's core business is as a comprehensive real estate broker, partnering with over 50 leading developers and offering more than 300 real estate projects for customers to choose from. The company plans to expand into the second-hand housing market to cater to all market segments, aiming to capture a 5% market share from a total market value of over 900 billion baht.

Furthermore, V Beyond plans to fully expand into the Tech Company sector, highlighting its advanced AI systems. The company will launch a Property Mall platform that meets all real estate needs, including buying, selling, renting, repairing, building, decorating, and investing. It will also offer products and services tailored to consumer preferences through an intelligent search system, with an official press conference for the launch scheduled soon. In addition, the Health Tech sector presents a significant business opportunity that V Beyond recognizes as a future trend, with expectations of substantial revenue. The company is conducting research and investment studies to seize business opportunities quickly, and the board has already approved investments in various projects. It is anticipated that in the next five years, V Beyond will experience exponential growth, reaching a revenue of 10 billion baht.
