N.C. Housing Public Company Limited is transforming into a leader in innovative services by partnering with two major allies to launch the All From Home Center, a central hub for all home-related services, addressing the needs of residents in 2022, promoting the Nc Q Prompt brand.

Mr. Somnuek Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited stated that the company has recognized the ongoing demand for home improvement and repair services, as well as for buying and renting properties within N.C. Housing projects. To meet the comprehensive needs of homeowners, N.C. Housing has integrated innovative services to become a one-stop service center under the Innovations for Quality Living initiative through the ALL FROM HOME CENTER. This has been achieved by partnering with two major companies: Home Smile, a business partner of SCG Home, and IQI (Thailand) Co., Ltd., to jointly develop innovative service models for home repairs, renovations, and to provide consulting and advice on buying, selling, and renting under the Nc Q Prompt brand. This will serve as a one-stop service point for residents of various N.C. Housing projects, currently including over 23 projects such as Fah Piyaram and NC on Green, primarily consisting of single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes. Following the opening of the ALL FROM HOME CENTER, there are plans to expand to other projects, including condominiums and projects in provincial areas, to accommodate over 5,000 households.

Most of N.C. Housing's customers reside in homes that are over 20 years old, creating a demand for repairs or renovations to update functionality, especially to accommodate elderly residents. It is believed that the services launched today will provide homeowners with convenient access to expert craftsmen who will oversee the renovation and repair of their homes.

In 2022, N.C. Housing aims for real estate revenue of 2.5 billion baht and health business revenue of 50 million baht, with expectations that the health business will generate approximately 5-10% revenue in the near future.

Mr. Wachirachai Koonamwattana, Head of Service Solution Business overseeing Home Smile, a business partner of SCG Home stated that they are ready to deliver comprehensive home extension services through Home Smile, offering Ready to Plug in Space solutions that seamlessly extend living areas around homes, making it easy and convenient. They also provide expert consulting on home extensions to homeowners regarding materials, design, and functional space adjustments, simplifying all home-related matters. Their services cover six areas: 1. Laundry area extension, 2. Kitchen extension, 3. Home office extension, 4. Carport extension, 5. Elderly room extension, and 6. Relaxation balcony extension.

Mr. Somsak Chutisilan, Managing Director of IQI (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a real estate transaction and investment consultant, stated that this collaboration will provide services for both new and second-hand homes across all projects, including townhouses, duplexes, and single-family homes, covering buying, selling, and renting, allowing homeowners to choose comprehensive services at no cost and facilitating quicker property transactions for N.C. residents.
