Supalai Public Company Limited, led by Dr. Prateep Tangmattatham, Chairman of the Executive Board, along with the company's board of directors, convened the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2022 in an electronic format (e-Shareholder Meeting). During the meeting, a resolution was passed to approve a dividend payment to shareholders for the year 2021 at a rate of 1.25 Baht per share, with 0.50 Baht per share for the first six months and 0.75 Baht per share for the latter six months. The dividend is scheduled to be paid on May 12, 2022, alongside the report on the company's performance for the year 2021, during which the company achieved a new high in total revenue of 29,647 million Baht, an increase of 41% from 2020, at the Supalai Grand Tower on April 20, 2022, at 2:00 PM.
