One Bangkok Co., Ltd., developed through a joint venture between TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd., has announced the appointment of Mr. Lim Hua Tiong as the Chief Executive Officer of the One Bangkok Project, succeeding Ms. Soon Su Lin, who has been appointed as the CEO of Frasers Property Singapore, effective April 1, 2022.

Mr. Lim Hua Tiong is a well-qualified executive with strong leadership skills and expertise in management, as well as the ability to effectively support his team. He will continue to serve as the CEO of Frasers Property Vietnam, a position he has held since 2019. Prior to joining Frasers Property, Mr. Lim held senior management positions in leading high-end real estate businesses in both Vietnam and Singapore for over 20 years.

Mr. Panot Sirivadhanabhakdi, CEO of Frasers Property Limited, stated, "With his comprehensive experience and expertise in all aspects of managing mixed-use real estate development projects, particularly in finance and investment, I am confident that Mr. Hua Tiong will lead the organization and be a key force in driving the One Bangkok project towards success as a comprehensive real estate development that will transform the best urban living experience in Bangkok. In terms of educational background, Hua Tiong holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Malaya and is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants. He also graduated from the Management Acceleration Program at INSEAD Business School in France.
