The large air purification system is installed at every new construction site, currently located at the construction area of Metris District Ladprao and Malton Gates-Krungthep Kreetha, with plans to install it at all ongoing projects to mitigate environmental and community impacts. Recently, the company received reports from monitoring data indicating a significant reduction in overall dust levels by approximately 30%.

The design features colors and patterns by Lo-Lee Taveesak Sritongdee, a renowned artist with outstanding works both in Thailand and abroad. Currently, overall dust levels in the air have decreased by approximately 30%, and PM10 dust has reduced by about 14% compared to measurements taken around the project site before the air purification system was installed. Meanwhile, at the construction site of Malton Gates-Krungthep Kreetha, a super-luxury single-family home project, the large air purification system has been installed alongside the Metris District Ladprao project since December 2021.

Furthermore, The Cloud Major’s Air Purifier is a large air purification system with an air intake rate of over 10,000 cubic meters per hour, covering an area of approximately 7,500 square meters or a radius of about 5 rai. It can capture various types of dust, including particles as small as 0.3 microns (according to air filter standards EN 779: 2012), effectively reducing PM 2.5 dust levels from 700-2,000 micrograms/cubic meter to just 50-60 micrograms/cubic meter. The first unit will extend its installation at Metris District Ladprao until June 2022, when the dust situation is expected to improve, while the second unit at the Malton Gates-Krungthep Kreetha construction site will remain until the various phases of construction are completed by mid-2023.
