Naiyan and RGP Development Co., Ltd. is the developer of the Park Silom project, a new mixed-use office building located in the heart of Silom Road, reinforcing its success as a leader in the development of premium office buildings and commercial spaces. The company has won the Best Office Development Asia Pacific award from the International Property Awards in the United Kingdom, which recognizes real estate and architectural design companies across various fields, including all related companies.

Mr. Sutee Limpornchai Prokool, Chairman of Naiyan Estate, represented Naiyan and RGP Development Co., Ltd. to receive the Best Office Development Asia Pacific award from the International Property Awards in the United Kingdom.

The Best Office Development Asia Pacific award is given to real estate and architectural design companies across various fields, with the competition divided into four main categories:

1. Architecture

2. Interior Design

3. Development

4. Real Estate

The awards cover nine regions, including Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States, judged by a team of highly experienced professionals in the real estate sector. Each category has subcategories with specific details, and Park Silom participated in the competition under category 3: Development (Real Estate Developer).

The Park Silom project is a new mixed-use office building located in the heart of Silom Road, distinguished by its comprehensive features. It was established with a commitment to design spaces for the new generation, integrating the best elements to enhance the quality of life for people around Silom Road, creating a community for urban dwellers. This has led to the project winning three awards: “Award Winner Best Office Development Asia Pacific,” a major award at the Asia Pacific level; the national award, 5 Star Best Office Development Thailand, which is awarded to only one winner with the highest score among all participants; and the Award Winner Mixed Use Development Thailand, awarded to only three projects with the highest scores among all competitors.

The Park Silom project is designed as a mixed-use building combining office spaces and commercial shops, standing 39 stories tall on over 6 rai of land adjacent to Silom Road. The lower five floors will feature a Community Mall with various shops to facilitate those working or living in the Silom area. The Community Mall on Sala Daeng Soi 2 will be a public zone allowing easy access for shopping. The project is designed and constructed under international standards for energy-efficient building design (LEED) and standards for enhancing the health of building users (WELL). Another highlight of the Park Silom project is its emphasis on a large green space in front of the project, creating a “new lung in the heart of Silom” as a place where everyone can relax and breathe fresh air, reflecting its creative design.

Additionally, the Park Silom project received the Property Development of the Year award for 2020 from the Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL), further guaranteeing the quality of its design, which considers the organization of usable space and environmental management both inside and outside the building at an international level.

Currently, the Park Silom project has completed over 30% of its construction and is expected to be finished in Q1 of 2023.
