Online, it garnered over 55% of total leads (interested parties ready to register), while offline, it spread joy through Ice Cream Trucks across more than 15 Sansiri projects, culminating in the 'Winter Garden at Sansiri Backyard' event, a delightful stroll amidst green gardens, marking the first-ever grand ice cream festival that doubled the happiness for over 12,500 families.

Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak, Chief Executive Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated, "Sansiri has successfully wrapped up the year, achieving sales exceeding 6 billion baht, or more than 25% above the campaign's total sales target of 4.8 billion baht within two months (November-December 2021) through the 'Freeze the Moment' campaign, in collaboration with the world-renowned premium ice cream brand Häagen-Dazs. This was achieved through a Cross Collaboration strategy and an innovative approach to creating shared moments of happiness with delicious ice cream flavors, along with the best year-end promotion, showcasing over 62 quality ready-to-move-in single houses, townhomes, and condos to spread joy and genuinely help Thais own homes more easily. We also organized a full schedule of online and offline activities throughout November and December, aligning with Sansiri's brand concept of 'Made for Life for a better life for everyone' that aims to deliver a lifestyle beyond just housing."
The campaign 'Freeze The Moment: Capture Happiness to the Max' created a phenomenal success, with over 55% of total leads interested in Sansiri's ready-to-move-in projects, and achieved success through a parade of happiness and smile-inducing activities in both online and offline formats for over 12,500 families. It began with a buzz on social media, transforming the Sansiri Bridge at T77 Community into an iceberg bridge, becoming a top frozen location, while introducing 'Sansiri Characters', cartoon representations of happiness across generations, including Kiddo, Teeny, Groovy, Dada, and Granny, designed by emerging Thai artist Fartboil, spreading joy through favorite Häagen-Dazs ice cream flavors, along with Ice Cream Trucks & Bars delivering happiness to residents of over 15 projects, and enhancing the fun with social media activities such as online games, character identity searches, and the special 'Sansiri Cross' Line Sticker collection, making everyone's year-end festive season joyful and exciting. Every download also helped spread happiness to the Serngkla Foundation for children and youth.

Recently, the campaign concluded with the 'Winter Garden at Sansiri Backyard', a grand ice cream festival celebrating Christmas amidst green gardens, creating a frozen happiness experience for over 5,000 people through the Twisted X’Mas Tree Landmark, a chic Christmas tree designed to break the mold of traditional Christmas trees, along with the Freeze The Moment Truck serving the latest Twisted & Crunch ice cream flavors for free to the first 100 attendees each day, allowing everyone to enjoy a leisurely stroll while participating in activities like Farm Hopping – picking mulberries, harvesting tomatoes, and feeding the newest members, the goats and sheep. All activities transformed Sansiri Backyard into the first and only urban Christmas paradise that creates joy through genuine nature experiences.
