Univenture Public Company Limited or UV has announced its financial results for the nine-month period of 2021 (October 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021), showing a net profit of 32.4 million baht, while total revenue reached 2,679.7 million baht.

Mr. Kampol Poonsonnee, the Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited or UV, stated that for the nine-month period of 2021 (October 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021), the company generated total revenue of 2,679.7 million baht. The revenue primarily came from real estate sales amounting to 1,244.1 million baht, accounting for 46% of total revenue, while revenue from sales, services, rentals, and other businesses totaled 1,435.6 million baht, making up 54% of total revenue.

“Since April 2021, businesses in various sectors have continuously faced impacts from the COVID-19 situation, particularly in the real estate sector. However, the investment portfolio balancing plan that the company initiated in 2020 will enable the company to recognize revenue from its investments in the long term, without relying solely on revenue from any single business. This is underpinned by our investment strategy in three areas: balancing revenue from potential investment portfolio adjustments (ENABLE), developing expertise and enhancing the value of invested businesses to generate continuous income and returns (COMMIT), and ensuring long-term sustainability of business operations (ACCOMPLISH). The company has a strong financial structure and is ready to adjust its investment balance to ensure sustainable growth in the long term,” Mr. Kampol said.

The company currently has a backlog of approximately 3,200 million baht, with expected revenue recognition of 200 million baht in 2021 and an additional 3,000 million baht to be recognized gradually in 2022 and 2023.
