Energy Efficiency: Designing energy use in buildings efficiently, such as installing solar panels on the rooftops of office buildings to increase the use of clean energy, with plans to expand solar panel installations across various AssetWise projects. Additionally, we prioritize green spaces, using trees to reduce sunlight entering buildings, enhancing shade, and reducing air conditioning use, thereby lowering electricity consumption.

2. Waste Management: To improve waste management efficiency, AssetWise collaborates with waste management organizations to promote waste separation before disposal in both office buildings and residential projects continuously. This can be measured by the reduction in Carbon Footprint in both office buildings and projects.

3. Green Space: Designing and creating environmentally friendly green spaces for the well-being of residents. AssetWise pays attention to project layouts, types of trees, light and wind directions, and the aesthetics of common areas to reduce temperatures and increase fresh air. We also conduct research on vertical gardening, including planting trees on balconies and green walls, to implement in various projects.

4. Clean Air: AssetWise is committed to ensuring clean air by focusing on selecting construction materials that reduce air pollution, such as using prefabricated walls that minimize dust generation during construction and using low formaldehyde furniture. Furthermore, all construction processes are governed by guidelines that consider air pollution prevention.

5. Water Saving: Considering efficient water use, starting from designing green spaces in projects to utilize rainwater for watering plants in areas that do not receive direct rainfall. There are plans to develop each project with systems for recycling used water, as well as establishing wastewater treatment systems and monitoring wastewater quality to ensure it meets set standards before being released externally.
