Singha Estate has implemented the Green Value Chain model in all its projects to advance towards becoming a "sustainable organization," which includes agreements for all stakeholders in every process to take responsibility for their work to minimize environmental impact. This starts from designing projects that are environmentally friendly, selecting contractors who share the same vision during the procurement process, choosing eco-friendly materials, and utilizing innovations and technologies throughout the product lifecycle to ensure optimal resource efficiency until delivery to customers.

A clear example is the Singha Complex project, designed and developed under the Green Concept, which uses energy-efficient and environmentally friendly materials and systems, such as heat-resistant glass to reduce air conditioning workload, energy-saving light bulbs, and standard air quality control systems, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles.

The MEA Energy Award symbol awarded to outstanding buildings is based on two criteria:
1) The electricity consumption index, which calculates the basic variables of energy use within the building to assess efficiency.
2) The quality of indoor air, which is crucial for the comfort and health of building occupants.

Both the Singha Complex and the Metropolis building met the high standards set by the Metropolitan Electricity Authority, thus receiving the symbol for outstanding energy-efficient buildings in the office category for the year 2021. Singha Estate will carry this quality forward to S Oasis, a new smart and environmentally friendly office building on Vibhavadi Road, which is set to offer the best to tenants and users early next year.
