Ananda, Flash, and Bitkub Join Forces to Provide Breathing Assistance for COVID-19 Patients
Donating 30 High Flow Respirators to Hospitals in Need

Ananda Development Public Company Limited, or ANAN, a leader in urban residential development and the top market player in condominium projects near BTS stations, is committed to helping Thailand overcome the COVID-19 crisis. The current wave of the pandemic has led to a continuous increase in the number of patients and a rapid rise in mortality rates. In response, Ananda has teamed up with Flash and Bitkub to find ways to assist in providing breathing support for COVID-19 patients by donating 30 High Flow Respirators worth 6 million baht to 15 hospitals in critical areas currently facing shortages.

Mr. Chanont Ruangkritya, CEO of Ananda Development Public Company Limited, stated: The new wave of COVID-19 has led to a rapid increase in infections and a growing number of patients, particularly those in critical condition who cannot breathe on their own. This has resulted in a heightened demand for oxygen-producing equipment. Currently, hospitals are struggling to accommodate the increasing number of patients. Ananda wishes to express its concern by supporting medical equipment donations, providing 30 High Flow Respirators worth 6 million baht to state hospitals in critical areas, demonstrating our commitment to social responsibility in public health and timely assistance to COVID-19 patients in critical condition. Ananda recognizes the importance of every life in every family affected by this crisis.

Mr. Komsan Lee, CEO of Flash Group, a comprehensive E-commerce service provider and initiator of this donation project, commented on the COVID-19 situation: Throughout the pandemic, Flash Group has provided support to Thai society through financial contributions to various projects aimed at addressing the COVID-19 situation in Thailand, including donating respirators through various foundations. Recently, we have also contributed funds for Rapid test kits to distribute to at-risk Thai citizens. The main objective of donating High Flow Respirators is to address the needs of hospitals facing shortages of medical tools and equipment, especially for patients with severe symptoms who cannot breathe independently. These devices are quite expensive, which is why we invited partners like Ananda and Bitkub to join this initiative. "I sincerely hope that Flash Group will be one of the companies that can extend some assistance to Thai society in fighting against COVID-19 so that everyone can return to normal life soon. My team and I at Flash send our best wishes to all medical personnel working hard to care for patients at this time, as well as to the families of all patients, wishing for their swift recovery. We, as the private sector, are ready to support and assist our fellow Thai citizens fully and hope that the situation will return to normal soon," Mr. Komsan said.

Mr. Jirayut Supsrisopa, CEO of Bitkub Capital Group Holdings, concluded: As a rapidly growing startup, we owe our success to the opportunities and support from our customers and the public. Therefore, as our group of companies has grown, we want to give back to society. In the past, Bitkub has donated goods and food to those in need, as well as essential supplies and PPE kits to hospitals. However, we found that working alone is not as effective as collaborating with others to create a network for distributing assistance as widely as possible. We also want to raise awareness among other businesses that have the capacity to help those in need at this time. I have invited partners and influencers working with Bitkub to brainstorm ideas on how to assist people in ways that suit their abilities, even without monetary donations. In the near future, Bitkub will lead the creation of a Donation Platform utilizing blockchain technology to facilitate easier, faster, and more transparent donations for various foundations. Bitkub has long-term plans to continue supporting society in creating opportunities in various areas.

The donation of respirators is aimed at combating COVID-19, ensuring that the mission to save the lives of infected individuals is highly beneficial and effective. Ananda, Flash, and Bitkub wish to be part of sending encouragement to the dedicated, selfless, and hardworking medical personnel, as well as to all Thai people, wishing for everyone's safety and a collective effort to overcome this situation together.
