Pruksa Collaborates with the Engineering Institute of Thailand to Inspect House Structures and Provide Comprehensive Assistance
Pruksa is committed to the safety and well-being of those affected by the fire incident at the factory in King Kaew. Led by Mr. Piya Prayong, CEO of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, in collaboration with Dr. Thanet Veerasiri, President of the Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT), along with a team of experts, they visited the site to assess the damage and the structural integrity of residences impacted by the fire at the Passorn Bangna Ring Road and Pruksa Ville 97 Ring Road-On Nut projects on July 8, 2021.
During the site survey, it was found that the Passorn Bangna Ring Road project is located approximately 1.67 kilometers from the incident site, with around 61 households affected. Meanwhile, the Pruksa Ville 97 Ring Road-On Nut project, situated 1.2 kilometers from the incident, has approximately 123 affected households. This survey primarily focused on the structural assessment of the homes. Once a clear conclusion regarding repairs is reached, Pruksa will expedite assistance for the proper engineering repairs of the houses.
On the same day, at the Patio Bangna-Ring Road project, which has around 200 affected households, management and engineering teams also conducted damage assessments for each home. They will quickly mobilize technicians to repair the damaged houses, enabling residents to return to their normal lives as swiftly as possible.
